We eat salad almost everyday for lunch over the course of the summer, but today’s salad is hard to beat with the rocket, lettuce, violas and brassica flowers coming directly from our garden and veg patch.
The rest of the salad comprised of avocado, goat cheese, green olives, free range pork chili sausage (from Field & Flower), olive oil and balsamic reduction. Insanely delicious.
